Talented students intended to send abroad 

Rawalpindi, The Provincial government is going to send brilliant and shinning students abroad for higher education under the Endowment Fund of the Punjab Education Foundation.

Member National Assembly Hamza Shahbaz Sharif while addressing on a laptop distribution ceremony at Pir Mehr Ali Shah Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi (PMAS AAUR) said that Punjab government has allotted Rs8 billion for the fund, which would support the deserving students in getting higher education in their respective fields.

He distributed 7,000 laptops among students of different universities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad city. He further declared that next year 300,000 computers would be distributed among students on the basis of their good performance in respective fields.

The MNA said that in laptop distribution there is total purity and criticism for the sake of criticism is unfair.

He said around 65 percent of the population was comprised of younger generation and PML N is directing their problems on priority.

Parliamentarians including Najma Hameed, Seema Jeelani, Tahira Aurangzeb, Malik Shakeel Awan, Malik Abrar, Muhammad Hanif Abbasi, Raja Hanif, Malik Iftikhar, Ziaullah Shah, Sharyar Riaz and Commissioner Rawalpindi Imdaullah Bosal, DCO Capt. (Retd) Saqib Zafar and officials of Punjab government were also present on this occasion.
