Inter exams started in Punjab today; several unable to get roll number slips

Lahore, intermediate exams would be starting all over the Punjab today on May 8, 2012 and roll number slips has been dispatched to the students also the security teams would be positioned at examination centers for security reasons. 
  
Board of intermediate and secondary education including Lahore, Sargodha, Faisalabad, Islamabad, Multan, Bahawalpur, Rawalpindi and Dera Ghazi Khan has started inter exams 2012 today. All the arrangements for inter exams have been finalized and section 144 has been imposed to the examinations centers.  

Students have been instructed to not to take any helping material in the examination hall while the duty staff is restricted to use mobile phones during duty hours. Sources revealed that all DCO’s and divisional commissioners would visit the examination centers. Secretory education, director colleges, district officer’s colleges, Resident inspectors and respective headmasters have also been allowed to inquire examination centers any time. 

On the other hand, inter students are facing difficulties in getting their roll number slips and hundreds of students could not get their roll number slips even one day before the exams. For the negligence and irresponsible behavior of board authorities, Inter students have shown their anger towards them and stated them responsible for their miserable situation.
